Partnerships Agreement with an Indian Software CompanyStylus believes in winning through partnerships. We acknowledge that the key determinants of succeeding in a partnership are a partnership agreement that allows for:
Partnership Agreements: More than an opportunistic alliance,
we would like a long-term relationship that continually provides customer
value through quality solutions. We understand that to facilitate a successful partnership, one that is truly win-win, we need to ensure that our partners understand our vision and share in the ideals that we uphold. Our partners might also require guidance in the form of technical support, training, materials and other resources. This section contains material that would be of use to
a partner while contacting potential customers. We understand that partnership
levels can vary. Some of our partners may be interested in referring opportunities
to us, while some others might want to understand the customer's project
and communicate the project needs to us. Sometimes, the partner would
be the sole interface between the client and us, while we only play a
role in providing the solution. As our contribution to empower our partner, we have specific initiatives. Education and services that can help our partners truly add value and keep themselves and customers satisfied. Whenever we map out possible customer scenarios where the partner can truly add value, we realise that the biggest areas for improving the customer experience and profitability is to proactively provide services and education to the partner. These may be classified under two main heads: In this section, we aim to add up-to-date material that our partners can access round the clock and use effectively. We wish that our partners will take advantage of this training and thereby find it easier to articulate and demonstrate the value proposition of our offerings.
